How do I subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can subscribe to the newsletter to receive the latest news from Téo Cabanel by e-mail by entering your e-mail address at the bottom of the home page, in the "Join the movement: Happy People Use Perfume" section. When you create an account on our website, you can also sign up for our newsletter. You'll then benefit from an exceptional 10% discount on all our products. 
To unsubscribe, simply click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of all our e-mails.

I've changed my mind. Can I cancel or modify my order?

No problem, it happens! Get in touch with us as soon as possible via chat, WhatsApp (+33 (0)1 64 22 84 95) or email at bonjour@teo-cabanel.com. We will do our utmost to modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched. Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned.

Can I collect my order in store?

You can collect your order from one of our sales outlets. To do this, follow the classic ordering process by adding your products to the basket. Click on "Order". Once you're in the order validation interface, click on "Pick up" and choose your pick-up location below (Paris or Fontainebleau). Then continue validating your basket. Your order will be prepared in-store within 2 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Just be sure to check our store opening times.

I have a discount code, voucher or gift card. How do I use it?

I didn't receive a voucher for my discovery set order?

Please check your spam folder, as our emails can sometimes be found there. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How and why should I create an account? How and why should I create an account?

To create a customer account, simply go to the "My account" section of our website. It will only take a few minutes. You'll be able to track your orders, consult your purchase history, manage your personal information, etc...

What if I don't like the fragrance I've ordered?

Your fragrance should suit you, put a smile on your face and make you want to use and abuse it! So, if your perfume doesn't suit you, and you've tested it using the trial dose added to your parcel and haven't opened it, we'll be happy to exchange it or refund your order. Contact Orane and her team by email at the following address: bonjour@teo-cabanel.com Please note that you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund for any product(s) ordered with which you are not satisfied.

Do you offer samples?

All our orders are delivered with 3 perfume samples of your choice. They also come with a trial dose(s) of the perfume(s) ordered. 
If you would like to discover our perfume collection, we offer a discovery set. A voucher equivalent to the value of the set will be sent to you so that you can deduct it from your next order. It's the best way to test and discover our fragrances, on your skin and at your own pace, and be sure to make the right choice!

My payment failed. What should I do?

If payment is refused, your order will not be confirmed. Please check your payment details or try again with another payment method. You can also contact your bank for further information.

How can I receive an invoice for my purchase?

In keeping with our eco-responsible values and commitments, we have chosen not to add a paper invoice to our shipments. However, you can obtain an invoice for your order by contacting us via chat, WhatsApp (+33 (0)1 64 22 84 95) or by email at the following address: bonjour@teo-cabanel.com.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

You can go to the "My account" section of our website and click on "Forgot your password? You will automatically receive an e-mail inviting you to create a new password.

What payment methods are available on the site?

We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payment methods such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay. We offer payment in instalments, free of charge. During the checkout process, supported payment methods are displayed on screen.

I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been validated. Please check that your direct debit has been completed. It is possible that the payment has not been completed and that your order has therefore not been validated. If you have been debited, some of our emails may arrive in junk mail. Please check! Maybe our email is hiding there! Do you offer payment in instalments, free of charge?

Yes, we do! We're delighted to be able to offer you payment in 2x, 3x and 4x free of charge via our partner Alma. You can choose and benefit from payment in: - 2x or 3x free of charge for orders over €65 to France, Spain, Belgium, Germany and Italy. - 4x free of charge for orders over €95 to France, Spain, Belgium, Germany and Italy. To take advantage of payment in several installments, simply select the option you want at the checkout stage of your order. You will then be redirected to our partner Alma to make your payment. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Is the online payment system secure?

Payments made on the Téo Cabanel website are entirely secure, thanks to our partnership with Shopify Payments and the 3D Secure system to combat fraud. All the banking information you send us does not pass through our servers, but is transmitted directly to this third-party service, which specializes in online payments. Your banking information is encrypted and does not circulate on the Internet.

Can I buy more than one Discovery Set?

You can buy several Discovery Sets, either for yourself and/or to treat your loved ones! It's the perfect way to discover our entire fragrance collection! Please note, however, that vouchers cannot be accumulated.

How is my personal data secured?

We guarantee that we take the protection of your privacy very seriously. The data collected is necessary for the management of your orders. In accordance with the regulations in force, in particular the RGPD, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data, as well as the right to request its deletion, to object to its processing on legitimate grounds and to obtain its limitation or portability insofar as applicable. I don’t know which perfume to choose. Can I try before purchasing ?

Yes, of course ! Our Discovery Box allows you to try our full range at home. It is made up of a sample of each of our perfumes and a pretty pouch in organic cotton. It is the best way to take time to test our perfumes before purchasing. The bonus : the Discovery Box is reimbursed completely if you proceed to purchase a 30ml, 50ml or 100ml perfume from our e-shop. A coupon will be sent by email. It is valid for 6 months after the date of purchase of the Discovery Set. You can also order your perfume directly from our website. We add a free sample of the ordered perfume into your parcel (in addition to 3 other free samples from our range) so that you can try the sample before opening the perfume itself. If it doesn’t suit, returns are free in France (but you must pay for other countries !) You can then choose to be refunded or to exchange products. The perfume must be intact, flawless, unopened and with its protective cellophane film. Lastly, if you prefer, you can also contact us for some personal advice. We are perfume experts - you can count on our team to advise you.
