Mondial Relay Delivery
- Free for all orders from 50€.
- For orders between 25€ and 49.99€, the applied shipping fee is 2.90€.
- Delivery via Mondial Relay is not available for orders under 25€.
Standard Delivery (Colissimo)
- Available for all orders from 25€ at a rate of 3.90€.
- For orders under 25€, the applied shipping fee is 5.90€.
- Available for all orders at a rate of 15€.

- Available at a rate of 30€ to 40€ depending on the destination.
2 - DELIVERY TIME
We offer 3 types of delivery. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. The delivery time for your order begins when the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Please note that in addition to the below times, there is a preparation time for orders (between 1 and 2 working days). We do our utmost to ship your orders placed before 12 am on the same day, but it is possible that in periods of high demand such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, the delays may be extended to 3 to 4 working days.

Your order will be directly delivered to the relay point of your choice within 3 working days from the shipment via Mondial Relay.
The delivery period for your order starts when the email confirming its shipment is sent.
Standard Delivery (Colissimo)
Your order will arrive at your home within 2 to 3 working days from shipment via Colissimo. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.

3 - CUSTOM DUTIES
All our orders are shipped from France. As a result, some destinations outside the European Union may apply customs duties on the importation of French products.
We remind you that the customer is considered the importer of the products subject to these customs duties when placing an order on a foreign website. As such, it is your responsibility to inquire about the conditions of importing products into your country of delivery and to pay any import taxes requested by customs. Teo Cabanel cannot be held responsible for any importation fees related to an order.
Delays in delivery due to customs clearance cannot give rise to compensation.
4 - ORDER TRACKING
You can track the progress of your order with your "Tracking Number" communicated by email upon the shipping confirmation of your order (it is possible for confirmation emails to be delayed or filtered to avoid spam, but this should be easy to resolve).

We invite you to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery.
If you notice any anomalies (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged or broken parcel or product, open package, etc.) upon delivery and in the presence of the delivery person, you must follow the procedure by reporting the observed damages or shortcomings and by filing any claims and reservations within 24 hours. You can also refuse the delivery by immediately issuing a notice of anomaly to the delivery person.
